  10. Line 2: Color method. ANSI for ANSI codes, PCBOARD for PCBoard compatible
  11.         @x codes, ASCII for a single ASCII file only.
  12. Line 3: Message to write before time and date stamps.
  13. Line 4: Character to build stripe inserted at top and bottom of Qtime
  14.         output (leave a blank line for no stripes)
  15. Line 5: Color Code to use for top stripe (blank for ASCII only)
  16. Line 6: Color Code to use for date & time line (blank for ASCII only)
  17. Line 7: Color Code to use for bottom stripe (blank for ASCII only)
